Individual and Group Sessions
I have been fortunate to reach out to hundreds and thousands of people as a trainer, coach, entrepreneur, educationist, rotarian and a practitioner of Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism. I founded Anubhav Learning Centre, (an early childhood education and care centre), where thousands of children were nurtured empowered to become humanistic happy individuals.

I met Dr Neena when my daughter was only 8 months old & we were looking at a credible child care facility. She counselled on various aspects of parenting. She always came across as someone with great passion, empathy & deep knowledge. She was always extremely considerate, fair & articulate. We also came to know later that she practices Nichiren Buddhism which has a great influence on her and her work and it sets her apart from many others. The workshop on ‘Mindfulness’ was conducted by Dr. Neena Gulabani. The Purpose of Education to make oneself a better person was precisely described. We got to know about various disciplines which no book can teach to become a better teacher and to understand the situations of our students. The one thing which was the gem of the workshop- if we have completed 100% today then we have nothing left for tomorrow, so there is no hard rule to be perfect and things can let go sometimes on tomorrow. This session has really given a thorough introduction to mindfulness and as a result I would like to attend more such workshops in future. The inspirational words has resulted a better person in me.
Dr. Neena happened to my life when I had lost all the hopes in life. When I met Dr. Neena it was like a piece of robe for a naked person dying in cold winter. My first encounter with her was so comforting, she made me feel at ease and listened to me patiently. She instilled that courage in me to take responsibility of my own life. Later, Dr. Neena introduced me to wonderful life transforming philosophy of Nicherin Buddhism. Deep transformation within my life helped me to develop bonds of trust with my siblings. Even they took sessions with Dr. Neena. “Art of Communication”. This new dimension, new lease of life is quite exciting. I am deeply grateful to Dr.Neena who can touch and strike upon chords of my heart at its core and to add harmony in every aspect of my life.
Doctor Neena gave me enthusiasm to live my life full of happiness and positivity. I can say one thing whatever I am today, it’s just because of Dr. Neena’s efforts and healing. She gave me a different perspective of my life and a far better view of my life which I never imagined that I could have. The warmth and compassion which I felt from mam was the thing, which was missing, and I was in search of. As her own child she took care of everything and gave a beautiful direction to my life which I am living today. I have deepest gratitude for Dr.Neena, for everything that I am today.
The session by Dr. Neena Gulabani was spectacular. My psychological responses to stress in the environment were significantly altered. This session taught me to pay more attention to what one’s body is doing and my physical responses to a situation, and to slow my mind down and try to clarify my thoughts. It enabled me to gain a better perspective and to find time within the day to calm down and distance myself from what is going on to ponder over the situation, manifest wisdom and then take action. I’ve learnt how to be mindful in stressful situations… and give myself a break. The session has given me ‘food for thought’ .
Dr Neena Gulabani enlightened us about significant role of a teacher in life of a student, how a teacher walks an extra mile and gets happiness from it. She said master your mind and don’t allow your mind to master you. She had even put light on “inclusive education” by giving the example of Hellen Keller whose actions didn’t match her weakness and said that we should accept every person how they are and further motivate them. Such workshops should be frequently held as it helps in reducing anxiety and stress level and gives students a completely different perspective of looking at things.
Life is a series of endless challenges, obstacles, unpredictabilities, dilemmas, failures, and suffering. No life is devoid of ups and downs. Life is like a roller coaster ride. There are many times we hear “WHY ME?” Every problem knocks us down. We feel low, helpless and hopeless.
Life is also full of dreams, desires, and choices. There are times when one feels lost, confused and lacks clarity. Realization of dreams seems impossible. One feels stuck. One wonders which path to take, what should be the strategy, where are the resources?
In secular terms one may have accomplished all that one desires to. Yet, there is a vacuum, there is incompleteness, there is a need to seek more. There are some questions which remain unanswered.
One may experience a CHANGE in life that one is unable to cope up with. One may go into self destructive/abusive mode which one wants to overcome but is unable to take the desired action. As a result of one or more of the above, one is unable to manifest one’s full potential and instead create a delimiting self and succumb to a lower life state.
In all of the above scenarios, one needs professional guidance and coaching. Life coach enables you to bring out the INNER TREASURE that lies within your life and empowers you to lead a fulfilled and happy life that you truly deserve and is beyond your own imagination.
A Life Coach, comforts and embraces the client with his /her warmth. Life Coach is a brilliant listener who digs out life’s relevant data, offers an in-depth analysis of the client’s situation, addresses all WHYs’, rebuilds client’s confidence, offloads all baggage, identifies delimiting beliefs and motivates clients to initiate guided actions. A customized action plan is created for each client. Life Coach, along with the client, will define challenging, but achievable, goals. Life coach will also support the client to calibrate long and short-term goals within the framework of the client's core values.

Life coach’s sessions do not, always, offer a feel good factor. The process is revealing, shaking and compelling. Life coach’s intent is to help the client destroy the old patterns, beliefs, ways of working to be able to create a new self, carve a new path, and experience new results/outcomes. Walking along the life coach is not an easy journey. It is toughest to change SELF. Sincerely following and practicing the guided action is a pre requisite for the desired outcome in life.
The greatest achievements and results in life don’t come easy – but they are worth working for. If clients are looking for instant results, please KNOW that there is no such thing. Life coaching is a time consuming process. It needs commitment, perseverance and action to deliver results. Every client has his/her own pace and a good life coach respects and works accordingly. Life coaching is not about fixing problems, situations and people. It is about self reflection, delving deeper in one’s life and working on solutions from within one’s own life.
The process , generally, entails 4-6 sessions. However, the number and frequency of sessions vary from client to client. The first session is more about understanding the client’s situation, core values, receptivity, wellness status, pace, level of motivation, determination, belief system etc. and developing a common understanding about the client’s current situation and way forward.
From the first session itself, the client begins to feel better. Subsequent sessions are to review, assess and map the progress made; address fresh challenges and obstacles as they emerge. Life Coach also offers warm encouragement to the client to keep up the momentum and energy towards desired outcomes. Even if there are setbacks in the client’s transformational journey, life coach inspires the client to make a fresh resolve and not give up mid way.
